At the end of your trial, you'll be prompted to activate your subscription. No data is ever deleted — your workspace, task history, employee records, and documents stay exactly as you left them. If you choose not to subscribe, your account enters a read-only state until you reactivate. You won't be charged anything unless you explicitly enter a payment method and confirm.
Your monthly base fee scales with company size: AED 200/month for up to 100 employees, AED 500/month for 101–500, AED 1,000/month for 501–2,000, and AED 1,500/month for 2,001 and above. On top of that, every employee in your roster costs AED 5 per year — and that flat fee covers all government transactions for that employee (visa renewals, labour cards, Emirates IDs, medical fitness, trade-licence work, anything). No per-transaction charges, no surprises.
Add or remove employees from the system at any time — tracking, document storage, and expiry alerts are unlimited. Your bill recalculates against the actual roster at the end of the billing period, prorated for partial months. If a hiring spree pushes you into the next tier, your base fee adjusts on the next invoice; the calculator above shows you exactly when that boundary kicks in.
