The idea for Proziyo came from watching the same problem repeat itself across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah. PRO managers were talented, experienced professionals who knew every MOHRE form number by heart — but their tools let them down every single day.
A visa renewal reminder buried in a WhatsApp message. An Emirates ID expiry spotted at 11 PM. A trade licence renewal delayed because the responsible officer was on leave and the handover was a Google Sheet nobody had opened in a week.
We spent months talking to PRO officers, PRO firm owners, and HR managers across the UAE before writing a single line of code. What we built reflects the actual workflows of MOHRE new visa applications, ICA status tracking, GDRFA entry permits, DED licence renewals, and the dozen free zone portals that every busy PRO firm navigates daily.
Proziyo is not a generic project management tool with a UAE skin on it. It was designed from scratch for this specific problem, in this specific country.
