When you register for and use Proziyo, we collect information that you provide directly to us. This includes personal identifiers such as your name, email address, phone number, job title, and company name. If you are the account owner, we also collect billing details including payment card information, which is processed exclusively by our PCI-DSS compliant payment processor, Stripe.
We collect data about the employees and clients that you manage within Proziyo as part of the core service. This may include names, passport numbers, visa details, Emirates ID numbers, labour card data, and other government document information necessary to perform UAE PRO tasks. You are responsible for ensuring you have the appropriate authority and consent to upload this information.
We automatically collect usage data when you interact with Proziyo. This includes your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, pages visited, features used, time spent on pages, referring URLs, and other diagnostic data. We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to collect this information, as described in the Cookies section below.
We use the information we collect to operate, maintain, and improve Proziyo. This includes provisioning your account, processing transactions, sending service-related communications such as password resets and subscription receipts, and providing customer support. Without this data, we cannot deliver the core functionality of the platform.
We use your information to send you important notices about your account, upcoming document expiry dates, task status updates, and system announcements. With your explicit consent, we may also send promotional communications about new features or pricing changes. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email or through your account settings.
We analyse aggregated, anonymised usage data to understand how the platform is being used, identify areas for improvement, diagnose technical issues, and develop new features. Individual user behaviour is never shared externally for analytical purposes. We may also use your information to comply with our legal obligations, enforce our Terms of Service, and protect the rights and safety of Proziyo and its users.
Proziyo stores all customer data on servers located within the United Arab Emirates. We are committed to UAE data residency for all tenant data, ensuring that your employee records, documents, and government transaction data never leave UAE jurisdiction. Infrastructure is hosted on enterprise-grade cloud providers with ISO 27001 and SOC 2 certifications.
All data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption and in transit using TLS 1.3. Database-level Row-Level Security (RLS) policies enforce strict tenant isolation, ensuring that no tenant can access another tenant's data even in the event of an application-layer vulnerability. Encryption keys are managed separately from the data they protect and rotated on a regular schedule.
Access to production systems is restricted to authorised Proziyo engineers via multi-factor authentication and audited access logs. All internal access to customer data is logged and subject to our internal data access policy. We conduct regular security assessments and penetration tests to identify and remediate vulnerabilities. In the event of a data breach, we will notify affected users and relevant authorities as required by applicable UAE law within 72 hours of becoming aware of the incident.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or your tenant data to any third party, under any circumstances. Your data is your data. Proziyo's business model is based on subscription fees, not data monetisation.
We work with a limited number of trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating the platform. These sub-processors include Stripe for payment processing, cloud infrastructure providers for hosting, and email delivery services for transactional emails. Each sub-processor is contractually bound to process your data only as instructed by us, in accordance with applicable privacy law, and with appropriate security measures in place. A current list of our sub-processors is available upon written request.
We may disclose your information where required by UAE federal law, a court order, or a lawful request from a government authority. We will, where permitted by law, notify you of such a request before disclosing your information. We may also share information in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case the acquiring entity will be required to honour the commitments in this policy.
You have the right to access the personal information Proziyo holds about you at any time. You may request a copy of your data by contacting us at hello@proziyo.com. We will respond to access requests within 30 calendar days. Account holders can view and update most personal profile information directly within the platform settings.
You have the right to correct inaccurate or incomplete personal information. Most corrections can be made directly in your account settings. If you need assistance correcting information that you cannot edit yourself, please contact our support team. You also have the right to request the deletion of your personal account and associated data. Following a deletion request, we will remove or anonymise your personal information within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain certain records.
You have the right to request a machine-readable export of your tenant data, including all employee records, task history, and documents you have uploaded. Data exports are available in JSON and CSV formats and can be initiated from your account settings or by contacting us. Upon subscription termination, you have a 30-day window to export your data before it is purged from our systems.
Proziyo uses cookies and similar technologies to operate the platform and improve your experience. We use three categories of cookies: strictly necessary cookies that are required for the platform to function (including session management and authentication tokens); functional cookies that remember your preferences and settings; and analytical cookies that help us understand how users interact with the platform so we can improve it.
Strictly necessary cookies cannot be disabled as they are essential to deliver the service. Functional and analytical cookies are enabled by default but you can manage your preferences through your browser settings or our cookie preference centre. Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies through their settings. Note that disabling functional cookies may affect certain features of the platform, such as remembered preferences and saved filters.
We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. We do not share cookie data with advertising networks. Our analytical cookies collect data in an aggregated form that does not identify individual users.
Proziyo is a professional business software platform designed exclusively for use by organisations and their authorised adult employees. Our services are not directed at, intended for, or designed to attract individuals under the age of 18.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe that a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately at hello@proziyo.com and we will take prompt steps to delete that information from our systems. Account registration requires confirmation that the user is at least 18 years of age.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or for other operational reasons. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email to the address associated with your account and by displaying a prominent notice within the Proziyo platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
The "Last updated" date at the top of this policy reflects the date of the most recent revision. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Your continued use of Proziyo after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy. If you do not agree with the changes, you have the right to close your account and export your data before the effective date.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the relevant data protection authority in the UAE.
