At the end of your trial, you'll be prompted to activate your subscription. No data is ever deleted — your workspace, task history, employee records, and documents stay exactly as you left them. If you choose not to subscribe, your account enters a read-only state until you reactivate. You won't be charged anything unless you explicitly enter a payment method and confirm.
Add or remove employees at any time. Your next invoice reflects the actual count for the period. Adding employees mid-cycle is prorated to the day — you only pay for the time they were active. Removing employees releases the seat immediately, and the credit applies to your next invoice.
Yes — annual billing gets you 2 months free (effectively 16.7% off the monthly rate). AED 50 per employee per year instead of AED 60. For government-registered non-profit organisations or very large deployments that need on-premise hosting, contact sales for a custom quote.
None whatsoever. AED 5 per employee per month is exactly what you pay — no setup fees, no per-feature add-ons, no surprise charges. Government fees you pay on behalf of clients are tracked in Proziyo but obviously not charged by us. The only thing you'll pay is the monthly or annual subscription.
