Every screen your clients open, every email they receive and every document you issue can carry your brand and your domain. Nothing on them says Proziyo — because as far as your clients are concerned, this is your platform.
When a client logs in to check a visa renewal, they are looking at something you gave them. Whose name is on it decides whether that moment builds your firm or advertises a supplier.
A portal on your own domain reads as infrastructure your firm built, not a tool it rents. That is a different conversation at renewal time.
A client who can see which software you use can price it, buy it, and run their own PRO desk next year. If they never see it, they cannot.
A branded client portal is something you can put on a proposal. Several of our PRO firms bill it as part of their retainer.
What your clients see
Clients sign in at portal.yourfirm.ae, not at someone else’s address. The certificate is issued for your domain and renews itself.
Your name, your logo, your colours — derived into a full palette, so buttons, hovers and focus rings all belong to your brand rather than one accent floating on someone else’s blue.
Every notification arrives from your name, in your colours, signed off by you. Replies reach your inbox, not ours.
Invoices carry your company as the issuer. Letters — NOCs, salary certificates, undertakings — go out on your letterhead, in English and Arabic.
What your team sees
It is not only a client-facing skin. Your PROs open a portal with your name on the tab, your logo in the sidebar, and your product name in the menu. When they set up two-factor authentication, your brand is what appears in their authenticator app.
Staff who believe they are using the firm’s own system treat it like the firm’s own system.
For PRO firms
A No Objection Certificate for an employee of Al Noor Trading is Al Noor’s letter, on Al Noor’s paper, addressed to a government desk. It is not your letter and it is certainly not ours.
So each client company carries its own mark, and every letter you generate picks up the right one automatically. Thirty clients, thirty letterheads, one system — and your own brand as the fallback for the documents you issue in your own name.
The add-on follows the same employee bands as your subscription, so it moves when your plan moves — and your invoice stays explicable.
| Employees | White-label | Per year |
|---|---|---|
| Up to 100 | AED 50/mo | AED 600 |
| 101 – 500 | AED 100/mo | AED 1,200 |
| 501 – 2,000 | AED 150/mo | AED 1,800 |
| 2,001 + | AED 200/mo | AED 2,400 |
Set it up whenever you like — configure your brand, see it in a live preview, and switch it on when you are ready. Nothing reaches your clients before then.
Your emails arrive under your name, in your colours, and replies come back to you. The address they are sent from is still ours — so a recipient who opens the technical headers of a message, or whose mail client shows a “via” line, can see that a platform delivered it.
In an inbox list, what people read is your name. We would rather tell you this than have a client find it.
There is a way around it, free. Connect your own Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 mailbox and your mail genuinely leaves your domain, signed by your own provider. Nothing of ours appears anywhere in it.
Send us your brand and we will show you the portal your clients would open.
